Non-interest Banking: Social entrepreneur allays fears of non-Muslims

A social entrepreneur has said Islamic Banking is not designed for Muslims alone, contrary to the thinking of some Nigerians.
The President of Al-Hayat Relief Foundation, Abdur-Razaq Idowu was speaking on the benefits of non-interest banking and cooperatives, at the inauguration of Al-hayat’s secretariat at Ijebu-Ode, Ogun state.
He notes that Islam-oriented financial institutions are gaining ground around the world, including the United Kingdom.
